Our Story... Our CULTURE
- Gladiator Oilfield Services began as a small start-up company in Oklahoma. A husband-and-wife duo with a variety of experience teamed up in an attempt to create a sustainable oilfield service company. In 2012, we started with two fire suppression packages and six HSE consultants as we chased available work in the Marcellus Shale. We were able to grow our customer base by implementing basic customer service practices. Midway through 2014, we made the business decision to take what we knew and some equipment, and head to West Texas. We knew the Permian held opportunity but were not confident that it would allow us to be a part of it. We had heard so many stories on how impossible it is to get into the West Texas oilfield. We stayed focused on customer service and attention to detail. Within weeks, we were rigging up jobs in West Texas. Growth came fast and we struggled to buy equipment as we could afford it. We learned early, any dependency on another service provider, could be detrimental to our mission of providing safe and efficient services. By end of 2014, we had weaned ourselves of any third-party involvement in our set-ups / personnel. Lots of thought went into every purchase we made (and continue to make), for the simple fact that we do not have an outside investor. This decision has paid dividends… We are capable of being responsible for every facet of the job, from safety to operations. Having excellent equipment is a plus, but our personnel and Zero Compromise 365 (Z-C 365) culture is what defines us, simply put, it sets us apart. As basic as this sounds, this passion for a sustainable culture, has allowed GOS to grow and continues to be our top priority. Gladiator Oilfield Services has stood for over 12 years as a premiere service provider for the Oil & Gas Industry. We have vast industry experience working with both the Service sector and the Operator sector, allowing us to understand the needs of both sides of the industry. Our Z-C 365 culture ensures that GOS will meet or exceed most of our clients HSE expectations, something we are very proud of.

This philosophy has led to the establishment of a company-wide HSE Management System that is equal in importance to profits and productivity.

Natalie Graham
- As a female owner of an Oil & Gas service company, Natalie is considered a pioneer in the industry. Natalie founded Gladiator Oilfield Services in 2012 with the goal of standardizing services, safety, and training across the industry. Natalie, recognizing an industry-wide failure to establish these standardizations were leading to an undertrained, ill-prepared, and often times unprepared workforce, which led her to start the company. Concentrating on the critical need for training, Natalie has strived to strengthen the GOS workforce and continually build on safety culture. Her continued dedication to the highest levels of service and professionalism has resulted in dramatic, sustainable increases in service quality and customer satisfaction. Realizing that America is behind on meeting our global energy needs, Natalie knows it will require the best and the brightest in our field to get caught up, this is why GOS strives to employ the best personnel in the industry for our customers.
- In addition to owning/operating Gladiator Oilfield Services, Natlie is a devoted wife, mother of two handsome young boys, and stepmother to a beautiful stepdaughter. Natalie is the 2010 graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University, where she earned her BS in Biology. She also holds a BS from Rose State College in Respiratory Therapy.
Jeremy Graham
- With over 25 years of Oil & Gas experience, Jeremy Graham brings an eclectic mix of skills and a wealth of knowledge to Gladiator Oilfield Services. Jeremy started his oilfield career in operations, but his passion and strength in safety / environmental quickly came to the forefront. Jeremy spent many years working his way up through the ranks of HSE Departments for various Contractors and Operators and eventually working his way into management/executive roles. Jeremy has a wide range of experience as a manger, managing teams as large as 170 personnel, down to being an individual contributor. Jeremy has extensive consulting experience throughout his career and has developed several safety programs that are used across the globe. Partnering with his wife Natalie in 2012 to help form Gladiator Oilfield Services, it was his dream then, and remains his goal now, to provide the absolute best service and personnel to the Oil and Gas industry. Jeremy's professionalism and mentoring skills make him an excellent asset for both GOS personnel and our customers alike.
